Super Lawyers

MORTGAGE MODIFICATIONS IN A CHAPTER 13 CASE?

Many clients have asked us about mortgage modifications and potential changes in the law on this issue.
Well, it is being reported that President Obama will announce today that the Administration is endorsing legislation to allow mortgage modifications in a chapter 13 bankruptcy.
Hopefully, we will have more details very soon.
